Q: How do I get started on working with a Virtual Assistant?
A:

You may have worked with dozens of Virtual Assistants before or none at all. Luckily, the process is straightforward and flexible.

The first step is for you to book a call or meeting to discuss your needs and expectations on how you wish to proceed.

Once you have set out your goals and agreed on a suitable strategy, your Virtual Assistant will get started on the task at hand and check in with you if anything needs clarification. The most important thing to remember is that Virtual Assistants are here to help you so the more you communicate, the more efficient your collaboration will be.

Q: How will the payment work?
A:

You will first be offered a free consultation, either by email, over the phone or in person, to identify your needs and determine the appropriate pricing. Depending on the task at hand, rates will be determined according to its type, full project, or duration, hourly or monthly package. Once the payment terms are agreed upon, an invoice will be issued for a payment in advance and the task completed within the specified time frame.

Q: What fees will I have to pay for?
A:

The service fee is determined at the onset of your collaboration with your Virtual Assistant. These will be clearly outlined alongside the tasks set to be completed and their timeline.

These initial fees should cover the entire project and no hidden costs apply. If your requirements change during your collaboration, any additional costs will be agreed upon by both parties before being charged.

Q: Will there be a contract?
A:

Clients are asked to agree on the price and deadline of a particular task and project. This is essential for your Virtual Assistant to plan out the best strategy to help you and schedule their own time effectively.

Nevertheless, if your needs do happen to change before a project’s completion, your Virtual Assistant would be happy to discuss these with you to set out a reviewed plan and adjusted fee.

Q: What if I need my Virtual Assistant to make a payment on my behalf?
A:

Need your Virtual Assistant to arrange your next summer holidays? From plane tickets and car rentals, to hotel rooms and restaurant reservations, your VA can book your trip ahead of time to give you all the time you need to soak up the sun and enjoy the views.

Whenever your Virtual Assistant is required to pay for something on your behalf, you will be asked to either provide your debit/credit card details or to transfer the appropriate sum of money required to complete the relevant booking. If the sum of the transfer exceeds that of the total costs, the difference will be refunded to you or exchanged as credit to pay for future services.
